    Who: Those aged 60 and over.
    What: Nutritious and appetizing lunches
    When: Mondays, 12:00 PM at the Senior Center and Tuesdays, 12:00 PM at Mountain Meadows Senior Complex
    Cost: A suggested, but not required, donation amount of $2.00.
    Note: Those wishing to take part in program must complete an income qualification statement upon their first visit.

Aerobics Class:
    Instructor: Kathy Verkamp
    When: Wednesday and Friday 9:00 AM
    Cost: $15.00 per month
    Note: Each class last approximately one hour and is followed by an optional core strengthening class that lasts
    approximately 15 minutes. All levels of fitness are welcome.

The Big Bear Valley Senior Center is located at 42651 Big Bear Blvd,, between Stanfield Cutoff and Division, and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The Center has many activities, programs and services for those aged 55 and above, including a Senior Nutrition Program, and Senior Aerobics.

Senior Citizens Of Big Bear Valley (SCOBBV) general membership meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 1:00 PM.

The Senior Citizens of Big Bear Valley advises the Park District on the needs of the Valley’s Senior Citizens.

Annual membership dues are $5.00 per person and entitles the member to many enjoyable activities.

BUNCO is played every Monday. There are cooking classes, Bridge and Poker games, lunches and Saturday Socials, Ceramics for Seniors, Bando Yoga, Painting, Tole Painting, Quilting, and even newly released DVD movie matinees. The Top of the Hill Gang is the SCOBBV travel club with trips including Laughlin, Branson, San Manuel, the Queen Mary, and many, many more.
