    The Recreation Department offers a wide range of leisure classes for valley residents of all ages. All classes are offered at either a monthly or one time fee, and registrations are taken at the District office at Meadow Park. Our fall youth class lineup includes Gymnastics, Art, and Karate while we offer adult classes in Yoga, Karate and low impact Aerobics. Instructors are experienced and skilled and looking forward to meeting your needs. Visit the District office and get a free one-time class voucher. Kickboxing / Self-Defense for Adults
Join in and learn a combination of kick boxing and self defense techniques. This exciting cardiovascular workout meets twice a week and is one class you should not miss out on! It is a terrific workout!

JUNIOR PROGRAM
In our Junior Program we promote the skills of Confidence and Self-Esteem. This will carry over in school. It helps keep students focused and on track. Karate also helps children develop self-discipline, coordination, balance, self-control and
respect. Parents LOVE the results.

ADULTS AND TEENS
Our adult and teen programs helps teens develop a strong character, academic excellence and a positive attitude. Adults will find that physical fitness and stress relief are incorporated. Both will notice a vast improvement in stamina, energy and overall fitness along with confidence and self esteem.

Cardio kickboxing is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts and is inspired by martial arts, and has motivated many people.

This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. A one-hour kickboxing workout can burn from 500 to 800 calories, which is up to twice the calories you burn during a one-hour step-aerobics class.

Water Aerobics for Adults and Seniors
This is the perfect way to end your summer day. Wear your bathing suit and jump in the pool for an invigorating workout. This is the perfect, low impact workout for those with joint or movement problems. Water Aerobics offers a high resistance workout without the stress. Participants will benefit with an increase of flexibility, strength and fitness. Water shoes required!
