13th Annual Youth Basketball Tournament The 2011 Big Bear Boys and Girls Basketball Tournaments are proud to announce our Thirteenth annual events. Both the girl’s and boy’s tourneys will be offered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 11th, 12th and 13th. Divisions will be broken down as follows: 3rd & 4th Grade Boys Division One Eight Teams 5th & 6th Grade Boys Division Two Eight Teams 7th Grade Boys Division Three Eight Teams 8th Grade Boys Division Four Eight Teams 9th & 10th Grade Boys Division Five Eight Teams 3rd & 4th Grade Girls Division Six Eight Teams 5th & 6th Grade Girls Division Seven Eight Teams 7th & 8th Grade Girls Division Eight Eight Teams Divisions may be broken up into Small Community & Large Community Brackets. ** This tournament is a grade tournament. Players must meet the grade requirements. Please make sure you have a copy of each player’s school I.D &. birth certificate!!**
The entry fee is $200 per team. An additional $100 mailed in with entry fees will purchase 11 commemorative tournament shirts for your team or $200 for 11 commemorative tournament Sweatshirts. A maximum of ten members per team with two coaches plus two alternates will be allowed. Individual trophies will be awarded to the champion, runner-up, and consolation champion in the eight team divisions, and first and second place teams in the four team divisions. (Maximum ten awards per team) Below are the registration form, roster, and medical release form. All forms must be returned to the Big Bear Valley Recreation and Park District by Friday, February 18th, 2011 for all teams.
